AYURVEDA COOKING PROGRAM for Wellbeing & Detox

Un program in 4 module de Ayurveda cooking inspirat de cultura culinara din sudul Indiei, pentru relaxare, meditatie, detox si stare de bine generala (wellbeing prin aromaterapie ayurveda cu uleiuri esentiale). cca 3h/curs

Cooking 1:

2 Supe:

Supa Khadi (supa condimentata cu iaurt)

Chowder (supa) de turmeric cu nuddels si legume sau creveti

Adai (chiftelute din orez si masala cu linte)

Dosa (clatite indiene)

 

Cooking 2:

2 Tipuri de masala cu coriandru sau curry pentu dips reci si calde (zucchini, dovlecei, varza, linte, orez iaut cu menta/cocos, Chutney dulce picant): Chaat Masala si Garam Masala

Papadams/shrimp wraps

Budinca de ovaz cu cocos si banane

 

Cooking 3:

Dal (supa de linte, naut si mazare) cu  paneer

Sambar: Salata calda/chowder de linte, fasole verde cu morcov

Orez cu chutney de cocos, ceapa verde si biryani

Naan

Budinca de orez cu mirodenii

 

Cooking 4:

Ghee si 2 feluri de tocane:

Aloo Gobi: Cartofi dulci, conopida si linte (curcuma)

Super Nuddels cu legume stir fry biryani

Ananas flambat
